Team Member

Welcome customers at the station with a friendly attitude, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, and assist with membership sign-ups, changes, and account management. Operate wash equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized wash area, identifying preexisting conditions during vehicle preparation. Manage member accounts including cancellations and plan changes, encourage Google reviews, and stock detail centers to ensure inventory accuracy. Perform general site upkeep such as trash pickup, weed removal, and tunnel maintenance, plus opening and closing duties to support smooth operations. This role is part of Take 5 Car Wash, a fast-growing network known for its convenient, customer-first approach.
