Job Summary
Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig's procedures while maintaining food rotation and sanitation standards. Communicate clearly with guests and teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless experience, and handle prep, stocking, and staging to keep workspaces organized. Keep dining rooms and outdoor areas spotless through wiping tables and deep cleaning as needed. Assist with to-go and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and timely service while offering add-ons and special menu items. Collaborate with your team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
