Job Summary
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal throughout assigned facilities. Clean and sanitize restrooms, vents, fixtures, and surfaces while refilling supplies like soap and paper towels. Remove debris to maintain sanitation standards and follow all safety procedures and company protocols. Communicate with supervisors regarding work progress and needs, and accurately clock in and out. Maintain a safe, organized environment and cooperate with coworkers to complete tasks efficiently. Participate in required training sessions and on-the-job training. This Full-Time or Part-Time role offers Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleaning standards
- Basic communication skills for reporting tasks and coordinating with supervisors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to read and understand basic written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of measurement
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple written or verbal instructions
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have a reliable smartphone
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of janitorial, facilities management, or operations management experience
