Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout assigned facilities by performing routine cleaning, debris removal, and sanitation tasks. Clean and sanitize restrooms, vents, fixtures, and facility surfaces while refilling supplies like soap and paper towels. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE, and adhere to detailed cleaning standards and customer site requirements. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding work progress and needs. Accurately clock in and out according to company timekeeping procedures and participate in required training sessions. Maintain professional conduct when interacting with building occupants and comply with all company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleaning standards
- Basic communication skills for reporting tasks and coordinating with supervisors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Ability to read and understand basic written instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using standard units of measurement
- Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple written or verbal instructions
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must have a reliable smartphone as a condition of employment for timekeeping, employee portal access, and company communications
