Job Summary
Team Member tasked with memorizing and conveying health-benefit details of ingredients, maintaining front lobby and exterior cleanliness, delivering standout customer service, handling phone orders and in-person transactions, executing food prep per recipes, ensuring timely and sanitary food production, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines, stocking and rotating inventory, and collaborating with managers and coworkers to ensure accurate, high-quality orders and timely service.
Required Qualifications
- Become food certified
- Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
- Follow health, sanitary, and safety requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
- Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
