Job Summary
Memorize training material to explain health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat manner. Keep the front lobby and outside area clean while continuously and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen. Assist guests by ringing up orders, answering phone calls, and taking orders over the phone. Prep food according to proper procedures, follow recipes to make all food in a timely and sanitary manner, and stock and rotate food. Wash dishes, put away deliveries, and keep everything organized. Communicate with other staff to ensure orders are made correctly and in a timely way, and carry out food to customers. Complete all opening and closing duties, perform additional tasks requested by your manager, and adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- food handlers certification
- Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
- Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
