Memorize training materials to explain health benefits of ingredients and recipes to customers while maintaining an upbeat, informative demeanor. Assist guests by ringing up orders, answering calls, providing accurate wait times, and carrying food to tables. Keep the front lobby, outside area, and kitchen continuously clean and organized, while putting away deliveries and washing dishes. Follow sanitation guidelines, stock and rotate food, track quality, and adhere to safety and cost-cutting procedures. Communicate effectively with staff and managers to ensure orders are made correctly and timely. Complete all opening and closing duties, handle specials circumstances, and pitch in for additional tasks. Become food certified and demonstrate the ability to handle a POS system, cash, and credit cards. Maintain a positive attitude, stand for long periods, and work well as a team.
