Job Summary
Memorize training material to explain health benefits of ingredients and food to customers in an upbeat manner. Assist and ring up guests, answer phone calls, take orders over the phone, and carry out food to customers. Keep the front lobby and outside area clean, continuously clean the kitchen, and wash dishes. Prep food according to proper procedures, stock and rotate food, and put away deliveries while keeping everything organized. Communicate with other staff to ensure orders are made correctly and in a timely way, and track food quality. Complete all opening and closing duties, follow sanitation guidelines, and adhere to safety procedures. Practice cost-cutting measures and pitch in to work as a team.
Required Qualifications
- Become food certified
- Must be able to handle a basic computer, POS system; handling cash and credit cards
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly and have a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and work appropriate personal appearance
- Come to work with a positive attitude, and are willing to work well with others
