Job Summary
Greet every guest with a genuine smile, create and maintain friendly eye contact, and speak with enthusiasm and warmth. Take orders accurately and efficiently, including kiosk assistance, while working well with your team to keep service fast and friendly. Represent and uphold the vision and values of Steak 'n Shake, staying adaptable and dependable during busy shifts. Follow all brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and dress code. You must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. This role offers up to $17.25 per hour, plus Bitcoin bonus pay and newborn account matching, with full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits. Flexible scheduling is available.
