Team Member - Staten Island Mall

Greet customers, take orders, and operate grill and sandwich maker equipment while ensuring food quality and 100% guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness across the dining area, register, and facility; empty trash cans, clean the dining room, and stock the fountain machine. Control guest interactions by resolving complaints, providing menu information, and issuing receipts or refunds using the POS. Cross-train in multiple stations including cook, order taker, register operator, and beverage attendant to support the team. Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
