Job Summary
Team Member at Applegreen USA's Towpath Travel Plaza (full-time). Provide exceptional customer service, operate POS and process payments, and perform food-preparation, stocking, and various duties to meet customer needs. Maintain proper food handling, wrap/label/date products, stock and rotate inventory, and ensure cleanliness of workstation and equipment. Cross-sell/up-sell products and uphold brand standards and company policies. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand/walk for extended periods; ability to lift at least 40 pounds; strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
