Job Summary
Team Member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, operating the POS, processing payments, preparing and serving food, stocking and cleaning to support travelers at a busy travel plaza. Must follow food safety procedures, label/dating/stock products, and actively cross-sell/up-sell products while maintaining knowledge of available offerings and adhering to brand standards. Requires ability to stand/walk for extended periods and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
