Job Summary
Team Member responsible for delivering friendly customer service, operating POS and processing payments, preparing and serving food, cleaning and stocking, maintaining food safety and brand standards, and performing various duties to assist travelers at a busy travel plaza. Strong emphasis on customer interaction, cash handling, product knowledge, and cross-selling/up-selling, with duties that may include food preparation, labeling, dating, stocking, and following company policies. Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; opportunities during peak seasons with part-time and full-time roles and benefits such as meal discounts and earned wage access.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
