Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare and serve quality food to travelers. Operate the point-of-sale system, follow food handling and safety procedures, and complete kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and cleaning. Actively cross-sell products while maintaining brand standards and company policies. Requires the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds, with availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible schedules, 401(k) match, and earned wage access are included.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
