Job Summary
Greet customers and promote sales through suggestive techniques; maintain a clean, well-stocked store; conduct accurate sales transactions and issue shift reports; follow policies and procedures and adhere to the schedule; communicate with the store manager and coworkers; assist in training new sales associates and participate in required trainings; ensure food and product quality and sanitation; support merchandising through pricing, promotions, and stocking; embody the company core values (Customer Focus, Team Oriented, Quality, Accountability, Passion).
Required Qualifications
- Ability to provide great customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.
- Ability to respond to inquiries.
- Must be able to speak, read & write in English.
- Reasoning ability to solve practical problems.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
