Job Summary
Execute all customer service operations, ensuring prepared products meet restaurant standards. Greet guests, process transactions accurately, and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift. Assemble and deliver orders quickly while keeping the work area clean and sanitary. Prepare products following health and safety guidelines, operate food and drink equipment safely, and complete assigned prep work for stocking. Stock products with proper rotation and assist with end-of-day cleaning. Wash counters, tables, restrooms, and trash receptacles, sweeping, mopping, and removing trash from dining areas. Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders. Minimum age 16; must stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and communicate clearly under pressure.
