Job Summary
Team Members at Smoothie King prepare and serve smoothies and retail products following the Smoothie King Way, upsell nutritional supplements, provide product information, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to store policies. Responsibilities include making custom-blended smoothies, providing guests with information about products, and delivering the best TOTAL guest experience. The role requires energetic, customer-service oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills; food service or retail experience is a plus; flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Food Service experience preferred but not required
- Commission Sales experience helpful
- Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests
- Genuine care and understanding for people's needs
- Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS!
