Job Summary
Team Member at Smoothie King responsible for delivering guest service, greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, preparing orders, promoting products, and maintaining a clean, safe store. Responsibilities include promoting a positive guest experience, concise product communication, adherence to food safety standards, teamwork, and following procedures. Works across all shifts (early morning to evening) with weekend shifts available; includes operating POS, blending, and kitchen equipment, lifting up to 55 lbs, and complying with dress code and safety regulations. Required Qualifications
- Operates a blender, toaster oven, and POS cashier system
- Regularly moves boxes and containers up to 55 lbs throughout the store
- Ability to follow checklists, work instructions and operating plans
- Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop
- Ability to work cooperatively with teammates in a positive, proactive manner
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens
- Ability to follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements
- Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
