Team Member

Team Member at SONIC Drive-In responsible for providing a SuperSONIC guest experience by creating and packaging menu items, and potentially working Fountain, Frozen, Expo, Switchboard, or Drive-Thru. Responsibilities include preparing orders, staying organized and proactive, communicating with teammates, helping customers navigate customizable menu combinations, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced, customer-service-driven environment. Must have a contagiously positive attitude, calm under pressure, eagerness to learn and grow, ability to multi-task, teamwork mindset, and effective communication with basic math/reading skills.
