Team Member: Service Champion

Greet customers in the restaurant or drive-thru, take and ring up orders, handle payment and thank customers. Also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check accuracy, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment. Behaviors: be friendly and helpful to customers and teammates; meet customer needs and resolve issues; work well with coaching from management; maintain a clean appearance and work habits; communicate positively with customers, teammates, and managers.
