Team Member: Service Champion

Provide friendly, accurate service at a Taco Bell franchise location via dine-in and drive-thru; greet customers, take and ring up orders, handle payments, thank customers. Prepare and store food ingredients, assemble orders, check accuracy, package products, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment. Demonstrate friendly, helpful behavior to customers and teammates; address customer needs and resolve service issues; collaborate with teammates and management; maintain a clean, tidy appearance and positive communication with customers, teammates, and managers. Franchisees set wage and benefits; this role supports growth and training within a franchise-owned Taco Bell location.
