Job Summary
Team Member at Applegreen USA travel plaza locations responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing cashier duties with POS transactions, and completing a variety of food-service tasks. Duties include thoroughly cleaning and stocking workstation, preparing and serving quality food, rotating and proper labeling of products, maintaining product knowledge, following brand standards and food safety requirements, and performing additional tasks as needed. The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate payments, cross-selling/up-selling, and adherence to policies and procedures in a fast-paced seasonal environment. Required Qualifications
