Front-of-house Team Member provides exceptional guest service at the restaurant front line, greeting guests within 5 seconds, taking and ensuring accurate orders, delivering friendly service, managing drive-thru, and maintaining a clean, inviting dining area. Responsibilities include following Always Fresh procedures for product freshness and accuracy, applying the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), achieving speed-of-service targets, handling service recovery, maintaining sanitation and safety practices, and correctly recording temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log. The role requires adherence to restaurant policies and the ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift items as needed. Must be 16+ to apply.
