TEAM MEMBER RELATIONS BUSINESS PARTNER- EMT

Job Summary
Conduct timely and objective workplace investigations, including interviewing Team Members, reviewing documentation, and providing findings and recommendations to leadership. Perform the primary assessment of Team Member relations matters, evaluate corrective actions for policy consistency, and advise managers on performance management, attendance, and conflict resolution. Respond to complaints and coordinate HR follow-up while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive personnel and medical information. Provide onsite HRIS support, assist with payroll administration, and support selection activities. Maintain accessible onsite presence and travel to other CNE properties as needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays per business requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Experience in workplace investigations
- Experience in corrective action
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in policy administration
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations
- Experience evaluating information and documentation
- Experience developing findings
- Experience providing recommendations regarding appropriate action
- Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience using Paycom or a comparable system
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

- Must obtain and maintain a Comanche Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) Gaming License
- Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or a comparable credential
- Experience in the gaming, hospitality, resort, or Tribal enterprise industry
- Experience using Paycom or a comparable Human Resources Information System
