TEAM MEMBER RELATIONS BUSINESS PARTNER- EMT

Job Summary
Conduct primary assessments of Team Member relations matters, including evaluating circumstances, gathering information, and determining next steps in consultation with HR leadership. Perform timely workplace investigations by assessing concerns, conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and providing findings and recommendations to management. Advise managers and supervisors on performance management, attendance, conduct, corrective action, and conflict resolution while reviewing proposed actions for policy consistency. Respond to Team Member complaints and coordinate follow-up, providing coaching on documentation and effective management practices. Maintain accurate records of investigations and sensitive HR information, support onsite HRIS and payroll administration, and collaborate with Enterprise HR Shared Services. Maintain a visible onsite presence, assist with selection activities, and travel to other CNE properties as needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience
- Experience in workplace investigations
- Experience in corrective action
- Experience in performance management
- Experience in policy administration
- Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations
- Experience evaluating information and documentation
- Experience developing findings
- Experience providing recommendations regarding appropriate action
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to be insurable under the Comanche Nation Entertainment insurance carrier
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Comanche Nation Gaming Commission (CNGC) Gaming License
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or a comparable credential
- Experience in the gaming, hospitality, resort, or Tribal enterprise industry
- Experience using Paycom or a comparable Human Resources Information System
