Job Summary
Team Member at a Regal theatre responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across Box Office, Concession, or Usher roles. Responsibilities include maintaining regular attendance, handling emergency situations, general cleaning, and adherence to dress code; operate POS systems with cash handling accuracy, process tickets and promote Regal Crown Club; upsell Premium Viewing experiences, ensure MPAA rating compliance, and assist guests via courteous communication. Alcohol service duties require legal age and completed certification where applicable; includes training on harassment, discrimination, and safety, with physical duties such as standing, mobility, and potential lifting. Roles may be part-time with flexible scheduling and involve coordination with management for opening/closing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program as a cast member
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training ( Regal Online University)
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash
- Strong guest-service orientation
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Ability to read training materials on harassment and discrimination
- Compliance with dress code and safety policies
