Job Summary
Team Member responsible for greeting customers, explaining Quick Quack Car Wash services, responding to questions, resolving price discrepancies, and performing sales transactions and upselling opportunities. Maintain cash accuracy at POS, assist customers with locating products, support vending and merchandising, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards. Requires ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varied hours including weekends and holidays; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. On-site role at Corpus Christi car wash with responsibility for driving-related tasks and maintaining customer service excellence in a loud outdoor environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license (for this role) may be implied by job requirements in some postings
- Ability to work outdoors in loud environment and perform physical tasks (lifting 0-50 lbs, standing for long periods)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and balance cash register
