Team Member at QDOBA responsible for prepping food according to approved recipes and standards, serving guests, restocking stations during peak times, and maintaining food safety and quality. Duties include following portioning guidelines, adhering to sanitation and security policies, providing friendly guest interaction, working as part of a cooperative team, and supporting management in delivering a positive dining experience. The role includes greeting guests, preparing and presenting food, maintaining cleanliness, and performing other tasks as directed while upholding company values and standards.
