Job Summary
Greet guests, process orders, and prepare food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area while ensuring food safety standards and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, collaborate with kitchen staff and servers, and respond to customer inquiries or complaints professionally. Work in a fast-paced environment across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
