Job Summary
Administer private trust and estate accounts in accordance with trust deeds, wills, applicable laws, and internal procedures. Manage day-to-day activities including record keeping, reporting, and documentation while liaising with clients, beneficiaries, solicitors, and financial institutions. Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, preparing correspondence, reports, and account reviews. Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding matters to ensure prompt service delivery while handling client enquiries professionally. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and uphold the department's reputation through ethical conduct. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or Accounting, with experience in fiduciary services being an added advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
