Job Summary
Potbelly Team Member responsible for delivering fast, friendly customer service across multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front), ensuring health and safety standards, restocking, operating a cash register, handling delivery/catering orders, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment. Must be at least 16, able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and manage allergens; Illinois employees must obtain food safety certification within 30 days. Emphasis on teamwork, communication, and delivering quality and consistent food with a positive attitude.
