Job Summary
Greet guests, answer questions, and direct them throughout the facility while operating attractions and games. Enforce safety rules and guidelines to ensure the security of guests and employees. Process ticket sales, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage daily opening and closing duties for cash registers and equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization across restrooms, dining areas, and attractions, and assist with inventory stocking. Resolve guest complaints professionally and attend to training programs to stay current on safety regulations. This role requires a valid photo ID, Social Security card, and bank account for direct deposits, with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a Valid Photo ID
- Must have a Social Security Card
- Must have a Bank Account for Direct Deposits
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred
