Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shop while preparing ingredients and assembling bowls, smoothies, and other menu items with care and accuracy. Operate the point-of-sale system to take and process customer orders, answer guest questions, and address concerns in a friendly manner. Restock supplies, replenish condiments, and assist with inventory management by communicating shortages to the supervisor promptly. Manage time effectively to complete all tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting that may include loud environments from blenders and timers.
