Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant while effectively managing time to meet all job responsibilities. Take customer orders, assemble them, and address any questions or comments guests may have. Perform food preparation or service tasks, check products for consistency and flavor conformity, and replenish supplies and condiments to maintain inventory. Use the point of sale cash register system and notify staff of any food orders or shortages. Work in a fast-paced environment with occasional loud noises from blenders and timers, lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and enthusiastic people-person
- Passion for fruit, superfoods, and all things healthy
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to lift or otherwise move 25-40 pounds occasionally
- Ability to retrieve items from high and low shelving, the fridge/freezer, and under counters
- Ability to tolerate occasionally loud environments (high powered blenders, timers, and order notifications)
- Ability to frequently move about inside the establishment to access the Point-of-Sale cash register, assemble guest orders, clear tables, restock inventory, etc.
