Greet customers, take orders in-person and over the phone, and process cash and POS transactions efficiently. Prepare dough, stretch it, build pizzas to standard recipes, and monitor the oven to ensure a perfect bake. Pack orders securely for takeout and delivery, including all sides, drinks, and utensils. Maintain a clean workstation, wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and follow all local food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with teammates and delivery drivers to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced, high-heat kitchen environment.
