Job Summary
Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity, and intention to create inclusive, personalized experiences that reflect our mission. Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently support each visitor and build trust. Maintain a premium brand feel by using elevated body language and professional tone, even during busy peak hours. Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized while moving with urgency and efficiency. Stay flexible to step into different store zones as needed and embrace coaching and change with professionalism. Ask questions, take feedback seriously, and contribute to a team culture built on support and trust.
Required Qualifications
- Weekdays and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- At least 14 hours of open availability between both Saturday and Sunday
- At least one closing across Saturday and Sunday
- Available for 3 closing shifts
- You must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this role
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium retail environment with professionalism
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Eagerness to learn and grow! Open to feedback, training, and new responsibilities
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Does not want to be an influencer
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, service, or hospitality is a plus but not required
