Respond to Guest needs and resolve problems with sense of urgency while treating guests as your #1 priority. Prepare products according to Metro's Operational, Quality, and Safety standards, maintaining clean and neat workstations and Guest areas. Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, and support fellow Team Members while adhering to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems. Comply with all Metro's policies and procedures, showing enthusiasm for our brands and Team Metro.
