Team Member

The Restaurant Team Member is responsible for performing assigned workstation duties, ensuring quality products and service to customers, and complying with Papa John’s standards. Responsibilities include making quality products, preparing ingredients, taking orders, providing positive customer service, and completing closing duties such as cleaning. Team Members are expected to support each other, maintain safety and security standards, and enhance the company's image by adhering to uniform standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and Serv-Safe certification is also advantageous. Opportunities for advancement and flexible schedules are available.
