Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and assist guests with cake orders in person and by phone, while contributing to bakery production (preparing, baking, frosting, and packaging) and maintaining a clean, organized environment. Operate bakery equipment, follow strict food safety guidelines, monitor inventory, and work collaboratively to uphold NbC brand standards. Roles emphasize guest engagement, product knowledge, accurate ingredient preparation, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; prior experience in guest service, bakery, restaurant, or retail is a plus. Must be 16 years or older (18 for certain baking/dishwashing roles) and flexible to work various shifts.
