Support a safe working environment while operating machinery to process and manufacture high-quality steel products. Handle tasks including forklift and crane operation, packing, strapping, and checking products for quality. Perform manual handling and lifting in a manufacturing setting with noise and seasonal temperature variations. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive weekly rate starting from $1,061.72, with progression to $1,124.80 based on skills. Overtime, public holiday pay, and quarterly bonuses are available. Operations run 24 hours a day, 5 days a week across day, afternoon, and night shifts. Afternoon shift includes a 15% loading allowance, while night shift includes a 30% loading allowance. No prior manufacturing experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Preference will be given to suitably qualified female applicants.
