Job Summary
Manage the store during morning or night shifts, ensuring operational brand standards and exceptional guest service. Coach Crew Members, set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maintain high performance. Deliver excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality while meeting safety and sanitation standards. Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Previous cafe or quick service restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Morning Availability Required: 5am-1pm
- Morning Availability Required: 6am-2pm
- Morning Availability Required: 7am-3pm
- Night Shift Availability: 6pm-12am
- Night Shift Availability: 3pm-12am
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Works well in a team environment
- Top-notch customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred
