Prepare, fry, and assemble fried chicken sandwiches, fries, and veggie options while responding to high customer volume with accuracy and consistency. Greet guests, take orders, serve, and maintain a clean dining area in our open kitchen and behind the counter. Follow proper food handling and sanitation protocols during opening, closing, and cooking duties. Master all stations by multi-tasking to resolve customer inquiries while performing with agility and a sense of urgency. Speak and sell Fuku products with enthusiasm and confidence.
