Job Summary
Answer guest queries regarding products, prices, and house facilities while managing telephone enquiries in a warm manner. Maintain a clean and tidy environment, ensuring the reception area is ready for service at all times. Run children's birthday parties, lead interactions with guests, and provide face painting and balloon modelling. Sell food and drink items to guests while promoting a safe, fun atmosphere. Manage large groups of children and adapt behaviour to different situations. Complete a Disclosure and Barring Service check as part of the recruitment process. Required Qualifications
