Job Summary
Create and publish daily Business MIS dashboards via Excel, attend to queries and resolve digital technical issues received from the Sales Team, and assign cases via internal portal to ensure smooth disbursements. Monitor existing products with a data-driven analytical view, massage data for varied sales channels, and liaise with cross-functional teams including Sales, Credit, Operations, and Analytics to adhere to mandated turnaround times. This role requires light travel to meet sales channels and proficiency in MS Excel, English, Marathi, and Hindi. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Males candidates preferred as this role requires light travel to meet Sales Channels
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in BFSI (Preferably but not limited to Digital Lending, DSA Pay-outs, MIS, etc.)
- Self-motivated with an attention to detail, and self-starter
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work and deliver timeline based critical activities with significant level of accuracy
- Willing to work from office 6 days / week (3rd, 4th, 5th Saturdays will be work-days)
- Proficient with MS Excel, and all 3 languages (English, Marathi, Hindi) reading, writing, speaking
- Local candidates are preferred
