Job Summary
Team Member needed at MilkShake Factory to join a fast-paced retail team focused on delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Responsibilities include providing stellar customer service, upselling and recommending products, preparing milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolates, maintaining stockrooms, coolers, and freezers, assisting with seasonal promotions, and ensuring food quality and safety. You’ll be trained to understand the company culture and brand, contribute to a fun store atmosphere, and support the team with flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous customer service and cash handling experience is a plus, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
