Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find products; ensure fast and friendly checkout with cash handling; complete truck unloading and merchandise duties; maintain planogram and recovery standards; assist customers with rewards program enrollments, VOC survey, and omnichannel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store); participate in stocking, SISO, and AD set duties; support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies; cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production; interact with customers in a respectful manner; flexible with store hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings; minimum age 16; part-time position at Michaels in Bolingbrook, IL.
