Job Summary
Team Member at The Michaels Companies in Traverse City, MI: deliver friendly customer service, assist customers with product selection, provide fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards, participate in truck unloading and restocking, support store recovery and merchandising (POGs, SISO, AD sets), engage customers in rewards programs and VOC surveys, assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS and Ship From Store), cross-train in Custom Framing sales/production, and comply with SOPs and safety guidelines while maintaining a positive, respectful store environment. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old in the United States
