Team Member

Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store, handling front counter drop-offs and pick-ups. Sort and examine articles of clothing, mark incoming orders, and address cleaning, stain, and finishing needs. Ensure cash drawer accuracy and maintain general housekeeping for a benchmark store appearance. Perform other duties as assigned while standing for long periods. This role requires a flexible schedule and strong attention to detail. No prior dry cleaning experience is necessary, though previous customer service or fast food background is an asset.
