Job Summary
Ensure safe work area practices compliant with all safety standards while manufacturing products for Oncology and Non-Oncology in accordance with batch production records and standard operating procedures. Execute and review documentation, including BMR, BPR, and Logbooks, to maintain current Good Manufacturing Practices. Participate in root cause analysis, investigations, and Kaizen activities to identify abnormalities and drive continuous improvement. Operate Isolators and other major equipment, supporting TPM and Lean management initiatives within production blocks. Complete assigned training modules via the Learning Management system.
Required Qualifications
- A Diploma/B.Sc.
- 3 to 10 years of experience
- Basic Knowledge on Microsoft tools - Word/Excel/Power point
- Knowledge and experience in handling major equipment operations - Reactor/ANFD/VTD/others
- Good understanding of GMP and good documentation practices
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, promoting a cooperative and inclusive work environment
- Efficient time management to meet production schedules and deadlines without compromising quality
- Effective communication
- Competency in ONCO/Non-ONCO operations
- Ability to handle critical operations without compromise on safety & quality
- Competency in understanding the basic troubleshooting of equipment's
- Ensuring any time audit readiness of the production block
- Experience in Handling ONCO operations majorly Isolator/SFS systems (Preferred)
