Job Summary
MAD Greens Team Member provides guests with a hospitable experience, takes orders, handles cash/credit transactions, maintains brand knowledge, prepares and stores fresh ingredients, cuts/handles produce, ensures food safety and sanitation, and collaborates with the team to prepare and maintain a clean restaurant environment. The role requires strong guest-service skills, comfort working in a fast-paced setting, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Full-time benefits (health and 401k) are available for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent guest service skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for up to 8+ hours per shift
- Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work with sharp kitchen tools when in a prep position
